Newly designed for the perfect cooking of the pizza umbrella. A powerful structure with a complete inox steel inner chamber and a non-inox outer body. A digital screen displays the inner chamber temperature for constant checkup, with automatic time and temperature control. Even heat distribution is achieved with three heating elements on three sides, backed by an additional electric panel security system and an end-of-batch buzzer. Cooks 11 pizza umbrellas in 3–6 minutes — 110 to 220 pizzas per hour.
